Instrucion for Use:
1, Put the ice cream machine in a stable place after the shippment, set the brake for front and back wheels. The machine should be place in a air ventilated place, avoiding direct sun exposure , direct heating power and too much dust place.
2, The machine should be minum 30cm away from the wall and other objects.
3, Please connect the machine to stable ground wire, and make sure the electric wire has leakage protector. The length of electric wire sholud be within 15 meters, if the wire is too long could affect the machine work properly, the electric plug shouldn't be less than 16A.
4, When push STOP button, the machine will be stand by whenever it's in the working situation or in cleanning process. Hold STOP button for 5 seconds, after its 5 beeps , it comes to the SET menu, the parameter will be automatically saved after 6 seconds when you set it .
5, CLEAN button, it has 2 functions: mixing the mixture evenly before start to make the ice cream and cleaning . After you finish the work please clean 3 times, and the residue will come out from the discharge hole.
6, Press the AUTO button, the machine start to make ice cream , when "99" shows in the digial board, it means the ice cream making is done. it will go to the next circle automatically after some time, the restart time can be set between 3 to 20 minutes.
7, SOFT and HARD adjustment from 001 to 010, 001 means softest and 010 means hardest, wait for 3 seconds after setting the hardness, the machine will save the parameter automatically.
Important Notice:
1, In order to maintain the machine in good working situation, please clean the mixture container on a daily basis. Follow the belwow steps: A, Press the clean button, fullly discharge the residue, press the stop button. B, Fullfil the clean water into the 2 mixture containers, push the clean button, until the clear water comes out after around 5-10 mins. C, Push the Stop button and switch off the power. Wipe the container and machine body with towel , wash the machine with direct tap water is prohibted.
2,Please follow the the recipe of ice cream powder and put proper portion of water and ice cream powder to mix.
3, It is prohibted to put mixture into only one container, it will damage the machine if only one container is working .
4, Please read the instructions carefully before starting the machine, put he sealing rubber properly to avoid any ice cream outcome leaking. The rubber , belt and pannel belong to the wearing parts, it is not included in guanantee terms. You could purchase the spare parts from our factory .
